The procedure will be:

  • You select the notarial service you require
  • We provide you with an estimate
  • You agree on the estimate and provide your details
    • You suggest 3 time slots where you can attend notarisation in our office
    • You upload or send the documents required for the notarisation
    • We confirm one of the suggested appointments
      • You attend and sign the notarial certificate recorded by the notary
        • If required an apostille can be obtained
        • We hand the original notarial certificate to you or send it overseas if required
        • We provide you with an electronic record of the notarial document
        • You pay our invoice for the notarisation
